2. ORDERING FROM US
2.1You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:

(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;

2.4 We entrust credit/debit card transactions to Paypal , one of the worlds leading credit/debit card payment solution providers. Your payments are dealt directly via the Official Paypal website. Your credit card details will not be retained by us following the transaction.
3. PRICING
3.1 Our prices do not include VAT as we are not registered for VAT.
3.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
3.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically.
3.4 Delivery rates may change according to any Royal mail price changes. Please check the Shipping section for current prices. We may however at our discretion offer a part refund of any postage paid if we feel that the actual price for postage and packing at time of posting is cheaper than stated at checkout. If in doubt or if you feel we are over charging on postage please email us first regarding your intended purchase, our aim is never to profit on postage and packing rates.
4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) You can notify us by email at hobbymarket@ymail.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, excluding all Earrings and Body Jewellery. Any refund will exclude shipping costs unless the items being returned are faulty or not as described. Please notify us by email at hobbymarket@ymail.com explaining that you want to return your goods before you send them. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, unless the items being returned are faulty or not as described.

4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange or credit as required. Any refund will exclude shipping costs unless the items being returned is faulty or not as described.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the event that the product has been used.
4.5 You are deemed to have legally accepted your items by keeping them, after you've had a reasonable time to examine them (i.e. without notifying us of any fault within 30 days of the purchase date). We have no control over what customers do with items or how they treat them once received, therefore an exchange of goods cannot be considered after this 30 day period.
The provisions of clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
